They used to have a free tier to connect with a cable, along with reasonable price for one-time purchase for additional features, but now greed got in the way, they removed all free offerings even for the most basic features now the most basic tier is $3 a month the least expensive ONE-TIME payment for this app is, are you ready for this, $230, yep, you heard that right you can get two 24" monitors for that price, I don't know why would anybody pay that kind of money for this app New users of this app, pay attention, this app needs a SUBSCRIPTION ($3/month for the most basic tier), it is not free also, don't be fooled by all the postive reviews, all the good reviews are from the past, when app had better pricing structure check the most recent reviews and you'll see all reviews complain about the excessively greedy pricing structure. Since I can’t see the screen this means I’m stuck blindly clicking my mouse around trying to find the button I need to press, or take my Mac to find a television to connect to in order to get Duet working again. But Duet on my Mac Mini seems to forget it’s supposed to work and will sometimes bring up a dialog that requires I press a button to move on.
